Refund Policy
Before download
A property report is an instant digital product. Before you download it, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
After download
After download, a refund is considered on the merits of the complaint — an error in the data, or a report whose contents do not match what was described before purchase — and each request is reviewed by a person, not by an automatic rule.
